Cancellation , Exchange and Refund Policy

We only accept returns if the item received by you is different from what you had ordered or is received in damaged condition.

If your order qualifies under our return policy then please raise a concern with us within 48 Hours of delivery . We will be unable to process the return if the concern is not raised in this stipulated period. We will get back to you within 48 hrs of receiving your request.

You have to provide a reason and return the said products.

The Cancellation, Buyback and Product replacement and satisfaction to Retail Customer is the responsibility of Wellmee. IN that case, Wellmee shall replace the product to you with the returned item (against the replacement provided by Associate to Customer, if it is received in acceptable shape, as mentioned above).

If Customer does not want that product, company shall issue the Cash Voucher to Wellmee Associate.

In case of Wellmee Buyer, Company shall replace the product to Buyer if it is in acceptable shape, not opened, no packaging damaged and not used, not expired & other reasons of non acceptability.

For any other defect please get in touch with our support center with the original invoice.

If your order qualifies for a return then the return shipping costs will be borne by us. Please follow the provided by us to help us get the product picked up from your location. We will send you a new replacement unit or cash voucher as soon as we receive the return package (subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy & refund process

Customer needs to place a call at Customer Support within 2 days of order placement.

Once cancellation request has been placed with Customer Service, We will cancel your product and 7 days to initiate refund.

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days . The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags unbroken and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

*Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Wellmee or Products unit.

*Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our cancellation policy.

*Some special rules for promotional offers may override Wellmee Returns Policy."

*Please note that the Cash on Delivery or Bank charges of Transaction would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

Refund Procedure

**The final refunds will be made after deducting the Tax.

Exchange policy

You need to call at Support Center within 24 hrs of order delivery.

You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of exchange:

1) Place your item in its original packaging.

2) Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.

3) Keep the product and the package ready in case of a Wellmee Center Pick up

4) If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly You can choose to:

(a) Schedule a pickup using our logistics partner, at our cost, by calling us ,it usually takes about 3 days to have the product picked from your place

or

(b) Send it at your convenience to our address below and get a voucher for Courier charges up to a maximum of Rs 50 per kilogram of shipment. Once you incur courier charges please email us the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return. We will not refund your courier charges. If you are unable to send the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return request, we will refund you a flat Rs 50 against the courier charges.
