You can view tracking for your shipment on the portanl in your Customer account. You can also email us at support@wellmee.in
Generally, it takes 7-15 Working days for your shipment for all servicable PIN Codes. Delivery timeline depends upon your location, pincode, logistics partner network & service, COVID guidelines & restrictions, Logistics HUB availability & pickup/ drop facility at the hub in your area.
In case of damaged delivery (Spilling or leakages) in the product, we will resend/ replace the product to you if it is unused also. Packing, outerbox, container breakage, dent in outer shell & lead, label damage etc will not be considered for replacement of the product. Product will not be replaced if used. In case you want to return the product which is unused, and packing is safe, we will return your money(after deduction of tax paid), once we receive it back to out company hub. In that case, delivery charge for reverse shipment & sending it back to company will be paid by the customer.
Sorry! We are not providing COD facility as of now, will keep you posted in case we enable it in future.
You can pay us online through Online bank transfer, Cash Deposit, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, PayTM, or any other BHIM/UPI wallets.
